FS: Race prepped 2 liter mag case

    SOLD

This case is fresh back from my machinist. Everything you can imagine was done to this case:

    • Case savers installed
    • Oil bypass modification
    • Shuffle pins
    • Very light mooning of the webs
    • Layshaft bearing modification
    • Case squirters installed

Spigot bore is standard for 2.0, 2.2, 2.4 liter engines.
    1R/2R 'T' case

Fully inspected and well within spec at all dimensions.

This is a perfect case for any small bore application that will rev up to an 'S' redline. My reason for selling is that my motor is planned to rev to 8000 RPM and my mechanic suggest I get an aluminum case instead. My loss, your gain.

Get the case for significantly less than the machine work that went into it:

Haven't gotten the email yet; might be a website delay.

I could do a deal with my cams and add a nice set of rebuild 2 liter rods, if you use your existing crank. This case is perfect for building any nice motor that that uses the 92mm spigots. I would limit this case to be used in applications no higher than 200ish HP. I know that you can get Nickies w/ 87.5mm JEs into those spigots for a nice 2381cc short stroke or a long stroke 2.5. Either would give you one grunty motor.

I've got a call and an email into Berrnie to discuss my options.

A short stroke 2.3 sounds interesting...

    Are the cams S spec?
