    67S in 1967 (or thereabouts)

Here's a couple of pictures that the first owner's widow sent
    me of my 67S:

Interestingly there were no drivers mirror on this car. I guess I'll
have to find some of those neat yellow lens driving lights too now.

Okay, now it's your turn to take care of it, we're all just caretakers of these great old cars for awhile. ENJOY!!!

Great photos. I think it is always very special to have pictures of your car from the past. Sort of puts our ownership of these fine cars in perspective.

It also looks like the original owner may have taken tourist delivery of his vehicle too. Neat.

Yup, tourist delivery plates. I still have some from my dad's VW delivery a long time ago.

Make sure you stay in touch with the widow in case any other pics or items related to the car show up.

Interesting. I have the Kardex and it doesn't seem to mention a tourist
delivery, just don't ask where I got it from ;-)

What is the german word for tourist delivery?

If you have the original kardex, it should mention the "dealer" delivered to on the "handlar" row. Just underneath that is the original person delivered to.
Can you post a copy of the Kardex?

    thanks,
    Eric

Ok, Right control Rallye equipment (right hand drive right!), SportKit II for 911S not incorporated (not included?), 100L rally tank, Limited Slip.

WOW!!!! All that stuff still there???

My dad was an independent dealer, most of the guys who bought from him were guys that wanted to do a special car....so a tourist delivery makes sense in that he ordered the car with all the special parts. The "dealer" was no doubt A.F.N. Limited who ordered the car for him. Mr. Graham is the original owner right?

Touristlieferung is the literal translation of Tourist Delivery, Zoll relates to customs...right? My german is limited related to high school and a lot of old german brochures for these cars (not all handy right now..)

    Current Pics?

    regards,
    Eric
