    I think it is 911 030 0102

I believe that the photos you posted were at the Course de côte d'Urcy 1970 where he was hill climbing another car (a 908/02), but maybe he was driving it as a factory "loan car" at the time

After being a factory car at the 1970 Swedish (KAK) rallye for Bjorn Waldegard, (car #2) it was used in France. I have a photo of Larousse with it (I think) at Circuit Paul Armagnac, Nogaro 30 March 1970, but I cant find any entry or race data. There was a Formula 3 race there that day which probably was the headline event. I thought at that time that Meznarie may have owned it but he told me (before he passed) that he didn't

After that Chasseuil and Baron had it as the #30 car at the 1971 Monte Carlo entered by "ASA racing team CIBIE" but I dont know who that was and if it had any connection to the USA ASA racing organisation

That's what I was thinking, actually.

Here is two more pictures, which, I think, is the same car, the only big difference is the front fenders.

Update on my last reply, Sepp Greger's son confirmed me that his father did indeed buy Waldegård's car he drov at the 1970 Swedish Rally (#2), as well as the 1970 Monte-Carlo (#30). His father then transformed it into a 2.8L RSR, then a 3.0L RSR until 1989. The car was restored by Strähle Jr. in 2014 and rebuilt in the 1989 design, just as Sepp Gregger himself drove it at the age of 75 in his last race.

    Leirbag,

Does Sepp’s son know anything about what became of this 1968 911T raced by Sepp Greger with license plate DAH-P 600?

    Hi Eric,

Sepp Greger raced a 911 T/R in the 1000kms Nurburgring 1968. If it is the same car, I can give you some interesting information, otherwise if it's not, I could ask him directly !

I think that Sepp drove a different car at the 1000 km of Nurburgring. That car was owned my Malte Huth and had serial number 11820791. The Huth car was recently restored by Freisinger and is listed in their website.

I believe that the car with license plate was Gregor’s personal car since it had a Dachau plate with prefix DAH as did his 356 race cars.

that is a great find and fantastic to know that a 1970 ex werks ST is still out there competing albeit in a modified form and there is a complete history for it - unlike many others

    Eric

I have that car as TR 11820665 which Greger used at Internationaler Alpen-Bergpreis in Berchtesgaden 1968 #44, 1968 Innsbruck race #91 and probably others in 1968. He raced against Malte Huth's 11820791 in at least some of those events and obviously teamed up with Huth at the Nurburgring and they used Huth's car. 11820665 was Greger's personal car as he is the first owner on the kardex having bought the car through Mahag in Munich in February 1968. Unusually it shows a 904 main shaft on the kardex as nwell

    Hello Hugh,
Was 11820665 equipped with a standard or special ratio gearbox?
I assume Sepp Greger sen. ordered a standard ratio but wanted to have the option to switch the second gear. So the 904 shaft is mentioned in the Kardex.
11820791 at F. : Check the VIN stamp, check the body config, than you know what it is - like too many others.
    Happy Easter

It appears to be a standard 901/03 box (2280707) but in the section where the options are it says Rallye-Ausrüstung, Sperrdifferential, Getriebeschubwelle vom Typ 904

It is also stamped as a Sonderwursch car with M_liste Nr 256

    I agree on 11820791
