FS: 1969S engine case

I previously sold this case last summer, but the buyer found that his original case could be saved and went that route. I agreed to refund him, so am putting this back up for sale again. He still has the case, so will ship to the buyer from the east coast, not from Washington State.

Again, the details:

1969 911S case
Series 901/10 (correct per Red Book, etc.)
Case number: 6390222 (very early 1969)

This case will require machine work to have a motor built. I talked extensively with Walt at CE and he says it will easy to to resize the case to standard and clean up a bad staking gpoint on one of the mains (pic below).

I am asking what I sold it for: $900, but am willing to consider anything in trade, partial trade, etc.
