    911/01 transmission

wanted to know if anyone here had thoughts on this transmission's gear ratio and performance and/or feel...
it is from a 71 S 2.2 but I was wondering about it and may install a 2.0S behind it...

It's a set of ratios intended to reduce interior noise and intended for use with a 2.2 motor. The ratios are pretty tall. I just re-geared mine to AFMSX. The new ratios seem well suited to my 2.5E+ motor. I'm actually surprised that AFMSX is as tall as it is. For a 2.0S, I'd think that the 911/01 ratios would be too tall and too widely spread. What tires would you use? Mine are 195/65/15.
