    Rubber Horn Cuff

After 35 years the above needs replacing on my steering wheel , well the pad is leaning heavily - question is are there variants ??
The attached pic comes from stoddard however my rather crusty and rigid cuff is obviously more lightweight as it has 4 large holes and 4 small holes.....

Steering wheel experts to the front please...

I used part number 901.347.823.01 on both my 73 S and 69 912 to cure a horn that had a mind of its own. Worked like a charm. No more having the horn go off every time I made a turn.

I bought mine from Beechmont Porsche parts department (Cincinnati, Ohio)where Margo Hunley is the world's best Porsche parts person. Give her a part number and she can get almost anything.

Ditto for me when I still had the stock wheel on my '73. FWIW, this is a 914 part.

This is readily available from your local dealer. The design may have changed over the years and the various parts have been superceded. They all work the same...
