    128's

Can someone please explain the difference in these lights and the pelican parts etc. Hella 128 fog lights on sale all over the internet. I would like to know what makes any of them worth more than others? "Chrome thickness" maybe, or "chrome finish" etc. are the reasons I have heard. What makes these different? Are there part number sequences that identify them as early etc?

    Thumbs up 128s

The currently offered 128s have halogen bulbs, correct for late 67 and 68 but have a V lens which is correct for 64-mid 67.. The tungsten bulb units are not available new. Usually[always?] the halogen 128s have 2 rivets on each side. The repro 128s are done well and are worth considering IMNSHO.
