Originally supplied with 185/70 VR 15 on 6Jx15 rims front
    215/60 VR 15 on 7Jx15 rims rear.

The tires were Dunlop SP 57H or Pirelli CN 36.

Your particular car #1189 was supplied with the Dunlop option.

I believe it is now impossible to get both tire sizes in the same brand. Pirelli make a vintage 185/70 15 but do not make it in the larger size. You will need to go to a 195/65 15 on the front which gives the same rolling radius.

What size rims do you have?
    Cheers

Consider Avons. I use them on mine. Correct sizes, matching 'vintage' tread pattern and great adhesion (in the dry at least).
