You will get plenty of period road test (Road&Track, Autocar, Autosport, Road Test, Car&Driver) of all 911 models 64-73 at

    Brooklands Books
    "Porsche 911 1965-1969", part II "1970-1972", part III "1973-1977".
    ISBN 0 9482207 12 4. (part II)
    EBAY or Amazon.com

Part II 1970-1972 does cover several road test about 2.2&2.4l models but not the 1973 1/2 CIS version.
In any case, great source of infos and w period b/w photos too.
