    FS & WTB: Gears...

    I haven't got a clue. Let's start there.

I have a GA, O and Y possibly for sale. (GA and 0 are stock 2nd and 3rd 914-6 gears, Y is a short 5th for track work)

    Looking for an M.

    Prices? Offers?

    E.

Hello: I should have a couple of "M" 3rd gearsets but let me check. I would keep the other gearsets for spares and a race box. Thanks, Eric

    Thanks Eric,

I'm finding out bits and pieces as I go along so I want to update this and pull the ad into compliance by having prices.

First of all the Y is actually an O that is flipped so I have the GA ($350?) and two O's (@ $125?).

I may have found an M but I'm willing to entertain all offers. Still not sure which way to go at this point.

Looking at an A, F, M, S and ZA box for my 2.5. It doesn't come on the cams until 3.5 - 4K.

Hello: Use the GA second for your 2.5. Then N 3rd, S 4th and a X 5th. That should get you where you want to be. It will make that 2.5 sing Thanks, Eric

    Thanks Eric,

Where would the X put me RPM-wise? I wanted to do some autocrossing and possibly some highway driving with the ZA. A ZD would get me better milage but I am concerned with finding a grade here in Utah while in 4th and having to shift down into a short 4th.
