    WTB '72 NOS 911 S oil cooler

    Looking for the front fender radiator type oil cooler for a '72. Looking for NOS. I know they are out there somewhere.

    You can get one from Porsche. They have them in Germany.

    New coolers are still available? I tried Stoddard a few months ago and was told they are long gone. I will try again. Thanks for the tip.

    I spoke with Paul at Stoddard...still not available from their inventory stateside. Nothing from Porsche Germany either. They might be superseded to a later cooler or maybe the loop cooler. The one I'm looking for is specific to '72.

    Nope... that's not the one.... but almost

    The one Matt's looking for is a one year only '72 ... it looks like the small radiator '69-'71 type, but with the big '73 and later fittings....

    Matt, I checked with Hoen Porsche in Carlsbad and they said it was still avalible from Germany but that could have changed by now. I have two of them that I'm going to get cleaned. Not NOS but I might sell one.

    Longballa,

    I called Hoen Porsche and was told there are 10 available in Germany. It turns out that the ones that are available are the engine oil coolers, not the fender mount coolers (part #911.107.046.00). I'll keep looking.

    BTW there are two NOS '69-71 coolers at Stoddard if anyone needs one.
