    Help on parts ID, please...

Hi guys, I need to id some parts for my Targa but I can't find their Porsche part number on my PET and the guys at Porsche can't help...

It's the parts marked as A (some sort of rubber) and the B part wich is the whole chrome strip that goes around the rear glass – I guess it's a 2 part thing (left+right)

    Thanks in advance!
    All my best,
    Vasco Ricardo

    A I think is 901.565.091.44 (70-73).

B = 901.565.555.40 L, 556.40 R you also should consider the end and connecting pieces:

    901.565.561.40 L +562.40 R and 644.541.921.06

Hello Richard. It was very nice from you to try to help, but, regarding the chrome trim, those are the parts that I already have, and that sit on top of the rubber gasket of the rear glass.

So, NO, what I really need is the OTHER chrome parts that on top of the car body marked as B (or maybe they also have a very thin gasket also). Please have a look at these other pictures.
They are sort of long boomerang shaped, and they start near the doors (aligned with the chrome door trim), go around the Targa bar and disappear under the rubber gasket – they never unite!

    Porsche part number anyone, please?

    Thanks again!

The part numbers are 911.565.948.40 and 911.565.947.40 according to PET. Stoddard shows them on their site for about $250 each.
