    It's too bad hillclimbs aren't more popular here in the States. I love the 'run-what-ya-brung' nature of these.

    I was watching these and in awe of the cars that are in it; F1 cars, F3000, then a Lancia Scorpio, Ferrari 355??, then a race prepped Yugo? [if there is such a thing!] then ex-factory werks BMWs; 2002, 320i, E30 M3s - kewl rides.

    I raced my 1983 Audi urquattro in the 1996 Mt. Philo, Vermont hillclimb.

    Just before we moved out from Lake Tahoe I was possessed to find a similar venue out here in Vermont. After racing my Audi quattro in the 1994 Virginia City Hillclimb I was hooked big time. I'm still nervous about running my 2006 R53 Cooper S though... darn trees are still too close for comfort and I'm really not *that* good of a driver...
