    2009 Hill Country Rally

    Hill Country Rally 2009

    It’s time again to mark your calendars and start making plans for the 2009 Hill Country Rally. We are making a few changes to the format and logistics this year which we think will make for a better event. We are moving the HQ hotel out into the Hill Country which will eliminate the transit time and traffic from Austin to the good roads.

    Dates: April 17-18, 2009

    Room Rate $49.72 We have 25 rooms but can get up to 32 if needed.
    Call directly to book reservations, all major CC accepted,
    cancellations can be made up until 10 PM the day prior to
    check-in. Our 25 room block will be released 1 week before
    the event.

    If you are asking about at the beer garden we left our cars back at the hotel and used shuttle bus to get there. Plan was for some quantities of adult beverage to be consumed and we did not want anybody to have to get in a car after that.
