    4th Annual DFW TOY RUN

    From Ferrarichat.com:

Ladies and Gentlemen mark your calendars for December 13, this is the date for this years Toy Run.

Since it is currently a 'work in progress' I cannot give out a much information, however, there will be some surprises.

Last year we had 35 cars and I hope to have 50 this year. Like the previous years our donation will be anonymous but there always are some 'special' need gift requirements, as soon as I find out what those are I will post them.

If you have never been on one of these it is quite an experience and the DFW area really supports this event. Remember this is a RUN WHAT YOU BRUNG event and everybody is welcome. The only requirement is that you bring a toy or cash contribution.

Please watch this thread and I will continually update everyone on the progress and some neat additions to this years event.

If anyone has any questions or comments please PM me or call me at 469.235.5639. Let's make this one the best one yet!

    Don & Carolyn

More info lifted from another board. Hope to see some longhoods in the mix.

Here are the details for this year's event.

    Saturday, Dec. 13
    Starting point: RUF Autocenter
    3219 Commander, Carrollton, Texas 75006.

We will leave RUF approximately 9:30 AM and if everyone starts
arriving about 8 AM there will be plenty of time for Java and Jive.
The run is approx. 60 miles and takes about an hour and half to run.

If you have never been on one of these it is quite an experience and
the DFW area really supports this event. Remember this is a RUN WHAT
YOU BRUNG event and everybody is welcome. The only requirement is that
you bring a toy or cash contribution.

The route is being road tested this weekend for sneaky pot holes,
    loose gravel, etc.

Thanks to our friends at RUF Autocenter for sponsoring this years
event. Lambo Dallas and Boardwalk Ferrari have set up 'collection
cars' in their showrooms for those who would like to contribute and
    can't make the drive.
