I see the color is listed as 8686 Gemini Blue, but the code on the badge should be 330-x-y. Can you provide a good photo, or at least the actual code. Looks pretty nice.

    Hi Doc,

Congratulations on the new car! I had watched that eBay auction and wondered if maybe the car had actually sold after the auction. It looks like a real beauty, and the 1973.5 CIS cars are definitely unique. Many members here follow the market in which these cars are bought and sold.

It is impolite to ask, but if you feel like sharing your experience, many here could benefit. I think you'll find that this community is resource like none other, and contributing is a small price to pay for the knowledge and help that will be willing offered.

    Enjoy! Drive!

The car looks stunning. I love Porsche metallic blues like Gemini. 72 is a great year.

Do you have any higher resolution/larger photos of the car? I like the ebay photo with the palm trees in the background.

Have fun with the car- remember they are meant to be driven.

    Hi Athan,

Congrats on your 73, it looks beautiful. I have a 73T also and noticed something different between our cars. The speaker grille on the dash dosen't appear to be removable but mine can be.

Can you remove it? If not, then I wonder if this was some type of an option. Our vin # are very close so I'm kinda curious about this. Hopefully one of the experts can chime in on this.

Anyway, enjoy your car, you picked a beauty

I don't think Athan ended up buying this car. I had inquired about it while it was still on eBay and the seller just responded to me to let me know it is available.

Guess it just didn't work out. If anyone has first hand knowledge about this car, I'd love to hear about it.

    Thanks,
    -Mike
