    Cheers,
    Dennis.
1970 914-6 - materialised from the 'Lotto' garage into reality

1975 Carrera Targa (ROW) - missed.

yup....and the optional BMW sport wheels of the 60s and 70s.........

Let's say you bought that steering wheel in 1971 for 138 Deutschmark.

    With the exchange rate in 1971: 138DM = $45

Now calculate inflation. What cost $45 in 1971 would cost $230 today.

Looks like times haven't changed that much as a repro Prototipo Wheel costs just about that much...

(the only exception is that the hub was included in 1971 - at least from this particular ad/retailer)

    Cheers,
    n.

    Unhappy

I do not have one. My apologies if you are looking for one. Just throwing out some "food for thought". What about some Sirius stock? That, I have.

I'd say it might be worth around $300 or $400 for a good one, a NOS, I have no idea. I'd certainly like one for my E9, they come up on eBay Germany every so often
