Tom, not sure if the 69 will work. Can you send me pics?

I have a #45 space cam from an 010 pump. It's an E from a 2.2. Probably a 1971. Let me know if this helps.

Thanks Chris, like I said if you can send pics I will compare. I believe the 2.0 and 2.2's are narrower.

I thought all space cams were unique (profiles) and those were matched the the engine's cams...

    Kevin,

Did you happen to try the usual sources? Gus@ Pacific FI; Henry@Supertec?

FWIW, I have an entire '72T MFI pump 015 that I will part with.

All displacements and T,E,S type combinations have unique space cam profiles (coded information in the contours).

However, the earlier cars- 2.0 liter and (I think) 2.2 liter use a pointed stylus to follow the profile and actuate the rack metering rods. The later 2.4 and 2.7 (019) pumps use a ball-tipped stylus follower which requires a smoother, wider space cam. The early narrow cam for the pointed stylus cannot interchange with the later stylus pump.

These are regulator assembly pieces, so you could change regulator sections.

(Also, the 69 uses the 2 solenoids for cold start and fuel shut off, while the later use only the fuel shut off.)

Yes, the 2.4's have the pointed ball type armature and I believe are wider than previous years. I already have a 2.4T pump(015) which I'm running on the car now till I get my E pump sorted out. I emailed Henry at Supertec and no response so I called and he's checking(I told him to check his paper weight for the correct part#) In the meantime still looking
