Contact this seller. Though this is advertised as a 1967, as I recall he only has manuals that are dated x/67, which is a 1968 manual.

Egbert,
the colors for the 1968 manuals are Maroon with a yellow-gold lower box and were model specific "911", "911T", "911L" and "911S".
The 1967 were the Maroon with a medium blue lower box. Also model specific.
We have a marvelous resource MetroMotorWerks.com for NOS and restored manuals.
And, if you are still looking I do have a 1968 911S, it does have a single coil of the binding broken (and it will be pricey).

I cant figure out why x/67 is for a 68 and x/68 is for a 67 911S.
It is my understanding that the code for the print dates is roman numeral-month/year:
as in:
X/67 is the 10th month of 67 (October 1967) - The model year changes in September so the printing is for the next year model 1968.
There are reprints for when the original printing ran out - so a previous model will have a latter print date, but they will have a factory reprint item number like "4606.20" rather than an original - like "W316e". (That lower case "e" is for english language version).
Make sense?
It was quite possible the budget was thin for some years and the first printing of manuals ran out and one or two reprints followed within a very short period.
When looking at the factory reprints they will usually cover a few years of features, say - photo of the 1964 engine number ID, photos of the air pump from 1968 - and levers and controls from years in between.

I'm looking to trade a NOS US base 911 1968 owners manual for a 1967 one like Bob's in equal condition.

Ahhhh the sixties... I envision myself one early Saturday morning wearing plaid shorts, black shoes with white socks smoking a cigarette heading to the hardware store to buy a bag of nails.
SWB cars are an acquired taste however once acquired theirs no turning back.
