10k tach police- looking for info

Found this in my stuff. Looking for clarification as to what it is and if the incorrect needle was installed when rebuilt.

    Many thanks.

    11.71 case = jeweled needle

    Frank:

Given the date on the case of 11.71 your 10K tach should have the correct jeweled needle as illustrated in Milou's post.
