Click here for the early 911S factory wiring diagram on the Pelican site.
OK thanks
But does all the esses have the same diagram? Or is this one specifically for the 911S '68?

My suggestion...If your wiring harness in the 68 is original (and I mean REALLY original with no hackjob previous owners self installing their own stereos) then the early 911S diagram will suffice. If however, anything has been modified, changed or replaced...get the early 911, the early 911S and the later larger color "through73 " 911 diagrams as you will need all of them. Make sure the diagrams include all the side "coding" for helping to identify the various components. The better the color separation on the prints, the easier it will be for you. If you can get a print shop to enlarge the diagrams 200-300% without becoming too blurred, that would also help. I have two copies of all my diagrams...one stays on the bench, the second travels with me around the car and is laminated for durability. I hope that all the various connectors were labled before being disconnected...good luck
Egbert, I can send you enlarged color copy of factory 67S (same as 68S) wiring diagram if these other sources don't work well.

Doug Jacobs makes these. Old Beemer guy. These are laminated for the sake of the diagram having dirty paws applied to it!

I've scanned some early 911 wiring diagrams here.
I've found that you can match the electrical diagram with the number of fuse positions in your car.
Hope this helps,
