    68 softie resto questions

    Is there supposed to be any kind of a seal between the fender flange and body? Second question, which side does the radio antenna go on? I've seen pics with the antenna on either side. I've also seen pics with the antenna more forward than others.

    Manual antenna goes on LH side; electric antenna goes on RH side. Check your CoA to see which one your car was built with. Reason is that there is insufficient room on the LH side for the electric version.

    In addition to the answer you got on the antennas, there is a seal strip between all of the fender mounting surfaces. Wurth sells the correct original style. You'll have to buy the roll which will be more than you'll need.
