    Look what happened to this GT2 I brought to the Collection Miami for service.

    Very, Very sorry to hear about this.
    This is not the first, second or third time this has happened
    at this dealer. There have been other customers cars damaged
    in the past. It is documented on Rennlist and Pelican.

    Nope, not at all..they wanna do an insurance fix and offered me no restitution, or replacement..car was leased, but I was going to excercie the option on dec 1, this happend Nov 26, 5 days before..they are a joke!!!

    Unbelievable!

    Mark, that is freakin' UNBELIEVABLE! However, there IS a silver lining...at least it wasn't the RS....

    You can file a loss of value with most insurance companies...and they are liable. How do I know? I've worked in Management for dealers for 30 years. This isn't my first rodeo. You need to take issue with this like a Bull Dog and don't let go of the stick. The only curve ball in the scenerio is the lease.
