Pic request; 4 hole grill mounting tabs

    Hi All,

I’m in the process of adjusting a fender with mounting tabs for a 2 screw horn grill to suit a 4 screw horn grill. Only thing is that I don’t have a pic how the mounting tabs should look.

Are they the same as on the 2 screw version but placed in the corners or are they completely different?

Does someone have a picture of a fender with the mounting tabs for a 4 screw horn grille?

    Thanks!

    Mounting tabs four screw

I took this picture about three days BEFORE your request. I wonder if you could cut a piece of metal to resemble the mounting tabs on the one side and weld it on. The horn grill had a black rubber donut between it and the tabs.

    Awful!

That photo reminds me of an ugly image found in a medical journal of some rare tropical disease. You know? The kind that alomsot makes you not want to touch the photo. Just gives me the willies looking at it.

Retro fitting 4 screw horn grills onto 2 screw fenders

I've encountered a small bracket to span the holes for the four screw horn grilles when attached to a replacement two screw fender.

(Thanks jojogto for the photo of the 66 light boxes)

    Those brackets look like this:
