    New member - help needed

Been lurking here for a while and am now a paying member. Got to say I love this board - so much information and so many people ready to share all their knowledge and experience - awsome

I am currently trying to trace my 69E's first owners but have now run into a dead end with the second owner(s) I have tried all the obvious places (Peoplefinder, Wite Pages, Zabasearch etc.) but they do not allow me to pay for the information as I reside outside the US. Therefore, I now ask for help here on this board. Thought this might be an opportunity to introduce myself and my car as well.
My tangerine 69E (VIN 119220312) was delivered to its first owner, Mr. Donald L. Tuverson, Ramona Road, Arcadia, CA on 03-27-1969 by Bob Bozzani Volkswagen Inc., Monrovia, CA.
I do believe, I have found Mr. Tuverson and a letter is now on its way to him.
The second owner(s) were Mr. Jack R. Morse and Mrs. Janet K. Morse, 4900 E Chapman, Orange, CA. They bought the car in November 1971. It seems Mr. Morse was a loving owner and he has made notes in the maintenance record right up until 1995. After that no more notes have been made, and the car was apparently put in storage.
It is a matching numbers car and was restored here in Denmark by the former owner who bought the car from a dealer in The Netherlands in 2006.
If anyone has any information on the previous owners or the car I would be very grateful
Couldn't get the link from 911E Registry (911E.org) to work, but the car is listed over there with pictures - couldn't find out how to up-load pictures here either

    Hi Andy

    Nice car

    What are the specs?

It really is an on-going business - isn't it - and we love it. I've been busy making mine more correct regarding the blacked out trim. I've fitted H4s and had the throttle bodies refurbed by Canford Classics (Alan.UK). Now busy dialling-in the MFI. Would'nt be able to do that without the info on this board and on Pelican. Good stuff!

    Good luck with your car.

    Hi Michael,
welcome on the board, nice car you have!
I know it is rediculous expensive to buy a new car in Denmark, does this apply to classic cars as well?

    For your search, try this:

    It worked fine for me.
I wish you all the best with your new baby.
