    Feb. '09 Porsche Coffee Meet

Okay. It's again time to suck up some coffee with the guys on a brisk Sunday morning. That would be 7am, Sunday, Feb. 22 at the same Starbucks in La Canada (that's CA for you local guys).

If you need directions, go to the Jan. '08 edition for the map link. On a Sunday morning, it's a 20 minute drive from anywhere in So. Cal. I have that testimony from the guys from OC.

There is no tech session, no special drive, no special destination, nothing organized. We don't issue numbers, badges or window stickers, collect dues or record VIN and engine numbers. And in case you wondered, there are no t-shirts or uniforms with the word "Porsha" on them either. Just pure unadulterated "hellos" and "what's thats" with a bunch of neat and friendly cars and owners.

    Everyone is welcome.

    See ya,
    Sherwood

    Curtis,
Of course. Will revert to our original menu and bring a box of donut assortments, the sweet, greasy kind that everyone loves to lick from their fingers. Of course, Starbucks has healthy bagels for the more finicky types.

    Hey kids,
Be optimistic, and what would the guys in the NW think of a little dampness?

    Good Wx Forecast

Weather forecast is now calling for mostly sunny on Sunday, going cloudy with slight chance of showers late day/evening.

    Looking good for La Canada!

Chuck - thanks for the photos.

Only a few raindrops on my drive home.
