    Rare Option Interior

I didn't know that Porsche offered plywood veneer door panels on the early ones. I thought that was only from 1974 on.
Where are the secret interior police when you need them? Probably eating donuts at the Dunkin' Donuts down the street.

I don't know, guys. Soimebody buys a cheap Porsche because he likes it. The door panels are trash or missing. He (or she) cuts some mahogany plywood to cover the doors. Looking at them after a test fit, they look pretty good, so they get left that way. The dash gets finished to match. Good for them, they put some time into the car and they kept it going. It could have been rusting out in an empty lot.

Thanks, Baron. The 911 community always welcomes comments that help depict it as a bunch of conceited snobs.
