    Great Start for a Nice 66 911

    The body looks great. This car would be a great start for anything you want to do with it!

    You can tell the front suspension pan has been replaced, and at least one of the rockers as well. A slate gray solex car though!

    VIN is 303621. The engine number is 903812 and the transaxle number is 227944. The original color is #6601 (grey)
    A very interesting engine #, only 100 or so from the end of type 901/01; by this time 901/02, 901/20 & 901/05 were in production.

    IMHO this car has currently exceeded it's price point by a good $1,000.

    Agreed. I bid on this early on, but a little rich for me at this point. BTW, isn't Johnson City where Deliverance was filmed? According to the auction the buyer needs to show up in person with cash money. Better leave his banjo at home.
