    Center fill Blau cap security

    This looks like a terrific solution to the problem. A small padlock could then be attached when needed. Certainly looks better than the rivets through the hood job. Unfortunately I couldn't find photos with the hood popped.

    Here's the 99 cent question: Has anyone made an attempt to build one of these? I'll bet there are quite a few members here who would be interested.

    Looks like a good solution; worrisome to leave a cap and tank un-secured.
