    Replacement floor sheet metal

Sorry age old question (I did use search in here and in bird ) but as floor panels are different between manufacturers (RD, Stoddard), I would like to know which one you have faund the best quality?
Stoddard one is nice as its bit longer in front than RD's (so includes underneath pedal area) but I have heard quality is not great. I do need that section as well but I should be able to get that from parts car, but it would be easier if included with new floor panel. I sure both need massaging but just checking if Stoddards is somehow usable.

(as my car will jump on to my "new" Celette bench, can't wait )

I used new RD ones and they worked great. I do wish they included the pedal area though. I havent seen the Stoddard ones though.

I actually got lucky with RD. I tried calling him about 3 times and he finally answered. When he did he had them in stock and I had them in a few days. He didn't have the other parts so I had to go to Stoddard for them. I would try a few times calling him and if that doesn't work go to Stoddard.

Thanks guys! I would prefer Stoddard ones if they are anyhow usable, mainly because front section is longer. I need to order other stuff from them as well so it would suit fine (and doing one bigger shipment is lot cheaper multiple small ones to Europe)
I'm still wondering if RD on purpose try to get out of business, at least it looks like that... For me reliability of shipment is highly important (as I use own shipper from US to Europe and they really need to have parcels on agreed time. )

You might be best off just cutting a pan from a later model car that is dismantled locally. That would eliminate the shipping and the end result would be as good or better. Just a thought.

I can get new ones from here (many brands, mostly divided in left and right sections which I don't like, also I'm able to buy RD panels locally but much higher price) but Stoddard seems to be longest but its not available directly from here. Plus I rather go for new panel than drilled out which are actually hardly ever available.
Shipping from US is actually relatively cheap, I put them with very good firm who import cars from US (they always have space in containers) so for larger items shipping inside US is more expensive than shipping US to Europe! (I ship them to Finland where my car is, it cost me app 150$ to ship GT Racing 911R fenders + rear and front bumbers from Florida to Finland, not bad. But then taxes on top of prices... )
