Lots of Longhoods on Ebay this week

Surely a sign of the economy:

And many more. I like the 68 2.7 w/ A/C and the Conda Green Spoto T

How low will it go???????????????. Gotta be crying with the owners for having to sell now.
    Currently:
    67 3.6 Rocket "Silver"
62 T6 Outlaw Coupe "ole Yellow"
65 F100 Custom Cab Flairside Shortbed

Gone but not forgotten in last 2 years:
    67S Concours King
    67 912 Vintage Racer
    68 912 Flipper
    83 911SC
    93 Mo30 968

    too many cars before that

They all look pretty sharp, too. The tough economy is bringing out the good stuff, it seems.

Seller says Emerald Green 225 (same as Viper Green), but it does look like Conda to me although Conda was not an offered color in '72.

On the 72 I wonder why they painted the trunk compartment black. Didn't the US 72T come with MFI?

Careful on that first one, "air cooled porsche" is Richard Krieger (sp?)
who is well known on this board and Pelican and not everyone has
    had good experiences.

We have to remember that early-911 made MASSIVE jump in value in last years so I wouldn't be suprised values to soften. They still made quite a lot of them vs many others marques. Plus IMO now lack of European buyers due significantly stronger dollar than year ago won't help either.
(sorry to sound so pessimistic but I think its wortwhile to think what is happening to other assets)

Yes, this is a US deliverey T model (911210XXXX) with a correct yellow engine shroud and should have MFI. Somewhere along the way this was changed, the seller must not know this car should not have carbs.

    i dunno, i don't see asking $40k for a sporto T as a sign that we'll all soon have a chance to buy pristine '71 S's for $15k.

The 67 has been for sale forever,

A couple of the cars are from one person who is thinning a fleet, probably not great timing for him, but I don't think there's a huge concern on his part.

In all respects this isn't a ton of cars, just a few nice ones at one time.

The market is down, but certain factors will continue to prop the market somewhat including parts prices and restoration costs.

Should be interesting to see if there is a marked difference at the European Collectibles ty vs ly.
