I'm looking for a 97 Turbo S. Is there a site like this for later model S cars? And, does anyone know of any that are for sale (excluding the obvious places like eBay, dupont, cars.com, etc.).
Thanks!
John

David Mohlman has a spectacular Turbo S for sale. His website is djmconsultants.net
I'd pony up for a GT2 and forget about the nostalgia. Supercars go out of style like last years Manolo Blahnik's so why pay up for a 12 year old one?

LKREG: I'll check it out, thanks.
TOM: For me, the Turbo S is a special car. The new GT2 is great, but a completely different experience. But, I do hear what you're saying. We've seen this same thing with certain Ferraris.

Granted, the Slate Grey doesn't grab you like the Speed Yellow of the Mohlman car. Something to consider, however. Car's located in Costa Mesa, California.
Good luck in your search.
Cheers

Sounds like there might be some "room to talk" on these $#s...
Was the auction car a low mileage example - like these two here?
Mohlman's car has 4k+ miles on it, the Slate Grey one about 3.5k or so.

As far as I know, the going price six months ago (an eternity) was about $125k for under 10k mile cars with no paint work. But people pay all kinds of money. I sold mine about 18 months ago for $160k, but rare color - silver w/ terracotta - and fairly perfect.
