Next Porsche Coffee Meet, March 22, CA

    Okay ladies,
Gather up some loose change for the requisite java and roll. It's almost springtime and the chill of a winter morning in So. Cal is fairly insignificant as things go. In addition, Sunday morning traffic is light, thus the parking lot is but a few minutes away from wherever you are.

    Sunday, March 22, 7 am.

The usual directions: Starbucks in La Canada

    See ya,
    Sherwood

Sorry you guys can't make it, but there's always next time. However, we're still on for Sunday.

For those coming from the east, use the freeways as the Pasadena Marathon will provide plenty of roadblocks along the way.

    March Coffee Meet Report:
While most of the city slept on a cold and rainy Sunday morning (well, except for 9,000 participants at the nearby Pasadena Marathon), these die-hards braved the harsh weather (for So. Cal) at our Porsche Coffee meet yesterday.

Curtis, Mark, Chris, Bert, Tom ..... and Molly. Sorry Glen, you arrived later soon after the gritty photo session.

Fortunately, Caltrans supplies the nice reinforced concrete cover (frwy overpass) and we stay relatively dry.

These gentlemen have set the bar for "events in the elements". No excuses from now on for those who only thought of stepping out of their bungalos.

Thanks for answering your phone Sherwood. We'll get over the lack of the nutritous delicacies you usually bring to this monthly event. Maybe 2 dozen next month with a few "jellies" thrown in.

Sherwood, I was there and gone before you even got out the car out of the garage.

I've got witnesses who can verify my presence in the Red Rocket (read: 91 Honda Civic).

One of these days I'll show up in a Porsche, again.
