The owner was asking this SAME price back in '07.

He was optimistic back then .......... He's hallucinating now !

Back in '07, everybody was buying anything with a long hood. Anything was thrown into the mix, really good cars didn't stand out as much. Now, if something is to sell, it has to be good. This is the type of car that is just as attractive as it was in 2007, maybe even more??? Whatever it's value was in 2007 is still there, 10 bucks or whatever the true value is.

    WOW, I've been enlightened

Why then has this car been for sale for over two years and not sold ?

No one is disputing that this is an attractive car and no one is disputing that quality cars ARE holding their value.

Maybe, just maybe, it is because this '66 was overpriced then and still is now

Please re-read my earlier post as that is my point!

Sometimes this group reminds me of the chorus in a Greek tragedy. Interesting how little has changed in human nature in 2000 years.

    Thumbs up

I agree, two years on the market speaks volumes. The "optimistic then...hallucinating now" should be, "optimistic then and still optimistic".
An owner of a very nice car AND he is optimistic. That guy is in a good place!
