    Sunroof

    Start by wheeling up a panel with the correct curvature and step the edge by one panel thickness. (It helps to make a template with the correct curvature which is same in both planes)




    Cut out roof by removing the edge



    Spot weld in 'wheeled panel'





    Fill edge with metal loaded filler







    Prime



    Paint

    Alternatively, peel the complete top layer of the roof and replace it with a new (old) one. PM me if you want pictures how I have done it.
