    VARA? I doubt it...

    Sounds like a nice enough car.

    But it isn't legal for any regular VARA activity with that 3.0 ltr in it - except an occasional run as an "exhibition" car. "exhibition" status is good for I think two events per year (could be three, I don't remember) VARA won't turn an entry like this away, but it won't fit anywhere unless the engine gets changed to a 2.7 configuration...
