How to stamp paint code #'s in door jamb plate

    Guys,

I bought a new/blank paint code plate on the Internet for my 73 rehab project. Does anyone know where I can get the correct size and style stamps to stamp the paint code onto the paint code data plate? Or does anyone do the work if I send it out? Thanks for the help.

International Mercantile will stamp it when you buy the plate from him. I suppose he might stamp yours with a little greasing of his palm

    Ed,

As always, great to hear from you and thanks for the advice.

I did not know that International Merchantile carried the part. So I will contact him and suggest that I buy one or two more from him and ask him if he will stamp his and mine at the same time. That way I will have one for each of the silver 911's. Eventually they will all get painted some day and this way I will have the paint plate already done.
