Engine grill brackets-Which do you like better

Here is my engine grill installed to my duck. I have plans to also use the stock engine lid eventually when it is prepped and painted. It will have the grill attached on the under side, 911R style.

For now, here is the ducktail with stainless steel brackets in place.

    Here's the 99 cent question:
Do you like them plain (silver), or would you like the look better painted satin black? (black version is a photoshop job)

Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
    Mark

Got to go with the black Mark. Especially with the grey. Or, if you are running aluminum door and window trim then another suggestion would be all natural aluminum.

Or, since I'm really evil.....another suggestion is to ditch the rear window, go Plexi with the aluminum hold down straps to match the grill as it is now!

Hey Michael! Long time - no speak. I actually have a lexan rear window from a well known supplier and it didn't fit (too small) and couldn't get any response. So I found a nice old window with no defogger. (I think the lexan is for a C2?)

    I'm leaning heavily toward black.
p.s. I still have your number and still plan on calling you. Hopefully soon.
    Thanks,
    Mark
