    Webasto heater complete excellent 72S

This is out of a 72S that was only on the road for 2 years. In dry storage ever since. This includes every bolt, nut, bracket, wire harness and everything. I took it out myself and every piece is there. As close to NOS as you get. Porsche stickers still on it. $500.00 Shipped in US.

    Interested in system

I am very interested in the heater system. Is it complete with everything? Including the exhaust pipe and the muffler? The exhaust and muffler are the parts that rust out and are impossible to find

Not correct for '67 - this is the transistorized version. The transistorized version was '69 and later I believe. The one I have for my '69 is the original red color, too, not the black of this one so my guess is that at some point there was a color change and/or this was a dealer install. FWIW, the transistorized version is supposedly safer than the old one.

    DAMNED NICE piece.

Jeff, you can see the exhaust tube in the picture. It's the only part that needs to be powder coated. It's solid. Just needs to be painted or powder coated as it's the part that's underneath the car exposed to the elements.

    transitor ignition

I may be mistaken, but I thought the change from the mechanical timer box type to the transtor box happened during MY67. I have seen both types in 67S and believe they were just early vs late production. Anyone know for sure?

    webasto muffler and exhaust pipe

Does this help? Muffler and pipe for a '66. Part # sticker was still attached when photo taken last year.

The long tube and muffler I don't have. They were not on the car when I got it. So, it looks like I have everything but those. This set up is different than the one in the picture from LK. This is a later set up. I'm not a Webasto heater expert.
