    Judging from the lack of chatter on this one, I'd say it is seeing some serious attention.

    Banned in California

    The State of California announced today that in the future, the sale of cars like this one will be banned in the state. No, not because of emissions...it's because of the color. Global warming you know. I am not making this up.

    Not to hijack this thread, but I think that you need to recheck your sources on this one. Yes, it was rumored, but those claims have been categorically denied by the ARB and EPA, as well as the state of Calif.

    Inconclusive study

    The "man" conducted tests to see if a black/black car was hotter than a dirty white car and the conclusion was.........??? Anybody know answer ???

    The tests were conducted in the Arizona desert.
