    Wtb air cleaner housing mfi 1971 911

    Looking for a plastic air cleaner housing (upper) with the cold start tubes for a MFI 911 1971. Thanks Allan Gearbox22@verizon.net

    Allan, I have an OK one, shows some evidence of melting on one of the stacks, plastic, fits fine and shows well from above, I think it still has cold start tubes, no aircleaner fitting. It's upstate NY, I can get some pics in a couple weeks if your timing isn't urgent.

    i have an good one off a 72.
    will it fit?

    Yes, I believe so, the 71 was one of those transistion years from metal to plastic from what I am told, and I need the plastic one. The 72 should be the same if it's a MFI with the two cold start tubes inside the rear of the housing. Let me know and some pics would be nice, Thanks Allan Gearbox22@verizon.net

    All I need is the plastic housing and would be the same as a 71,72, and possibly 73. Anyone? Thanks Allan
