    distribtor advance/engine performance

If my distributor doesn't advance past 20 degrees, what would I notice when I install a properly advancing distributor?

Thanks in advance (no pun intended),

With all things being equal and correct... and in most cases they seldom are... you should experience MUCH MORE snap in your acceleration......

    Rob,

You really should drop that rebuilt unit in and see for yourself.

    Chuck and Olin,

Gosh, if this engine runs any better than it did, I think I'll go nuts. Its always run reeeely well, but then, I was used to 356's so I had no real 911 baseline.
I'll look forward to putting in the proper dizzy just to see how she runs.
