With the apparent problem with colors and computer screens. Signal Orange. IRL it is fantastic! Francis Tutthil has built a car for the Historic Safari Rally in this lovely color. The plan is to have Björn Waldegård to drive it his year. I'll see if I can find a picture, found it...

Here is Simon Kidston's car - his dad used to drive him to school with it.

TB73 - It is signal yellow

    TB,
The RS in your photo is mine and it is Signal Yellow/signalgelb 114.
It is chassis 9113601018 that we restored and took to the Charlotte Parade this past year. The color looks a little washed out in that photo. It is in reality much more vibrant. I've attached a few other photos that are more true to the car's color. One is outside and the other is under the lights in the concours prep area in Charlotte. There was no clear coat used and the car has never been waxed or "rubbed out" after painting. As noted in some earlier threads this spring, the original base paint was a light yellow under the Signal Yellow. I believe that base coat helped to bring out the brilliance of the "signal" paint.
