    WTB Pig Iron Bumper weights

I have been looking for the two front bumper weights for some time for my 67S. I have always found some but never in the UK always in the US......which gives me the problem of shipping. Very kindly in the past I have been offered them for very little but the shipping costs have been uneconomic due to the weight (obviously!).

I now have the chance to piggy-back on a container which is heading for the UK with two cars in it for a friend of mine from the West Coast in the next month or two. Is there anyone out there who would sell the weights, post to the US address I have, and accept paypal payment from the UK.

    Thanks in advance.

    Regards
    Mike

I have hidden mine, and don't talk loud about there existence. Cant throw them, came from my first car. They are on the bottom shelf, hidden under rags. Not a fun evidence of the great work of the engineers in Stuttgart...

Sadly enough I have a pair of weights, the shipping might be killer, so you cover the actual cost of shipping and the weights are yours.

Shoot me an email or pm, giving me your address and I Will get a quote for shipping.

Anyone know the actual weight of these things??

If they fit in USPS priority mail boxes, weight is not an issue.

Why doesn't someone make reproductions in plastic!

Heck they've made every other metal piece out of plastic. Why not these? All the looks without the weight!
