Need Fog Lamp Switch Wiring Help

I'm working on my 1972 911T. Well what started as a headliner replacement has turned into an all out anything related and while I'm at it syndrom. You know the story...

One of the related projects is to get the fog lamps operational..that, after deciding I needed a new crack free dash.

    Here's my questions:
There are 4 terminals on the back of the Fog Lamp Switch. They are labeled:
    1-?
    2-?
    3-?
    K-?
Can someone guidance as to what wire should go to which terminal?

The exposed wires behind the dash (dash is removed) that are not connected are as follows:
1-There is a brown wire with a green tracer (interior lamp wire) that is connected to a power wire (has power when the key is on) that is yellow with a red stripe.
2-White wire with green tracer (same color wire at the fuse box for the Fog Lamps.
    3-White wire with black tracer.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Post 5 and 13 have great diagrams by 70SATMan.

The labeling was missing and this was posted near the end but with confusion about 2 and 3.

    K: ground
    1: Fuse 6
    2: 5/bridge
    3. 6/bridge

I checked my notes and I have:

1: power to the fog light switch.
2: the one that goes to the relay.
3: the short jumper that goes to the switch light.

Thanks for the help Olin. The problem with the diagrams in posts 5 and 13 is the fog lamp switch terminals are not labeled.

Use a continuity tester to determine which ones are activated by the switch. I believe 1 is your power lead and then that can switch the other one or two one depending on the switch position. The fourth probably controls the light in the center of the knob.

The link in Post #2 appears to be broken. For that discussion, try this: http://www.early911sregistry.org/for...og-lamp-wiring
