WTB: original beige leatherette seats 72/73

No preference on insert (leatherette/corduroy/pepita), but must be original not remanufactured in very good condition.
Also interested in any other original beige interior trim piece, including carpets.

Yes, the one that is listed as beige on the colour charts.
They are needed for an aubergine 2.4 targa.

Here's Cinnamon, which is probably brown,....but I thought perhaps this was what you meant.

Here are the 3 colors offered as standard in 1972 (leatherette)

The factory color chart does not give a name and beige is probably a mistake in description of the color. I have always referred to the middle as color as tan and have heard it called cinnamon.

Although I have seen special order 911s with a parchment color (dirty white) that would be considered more of a beige.


I own 2 cars neither of which is here with a tan interior...I will try to get a photo soon.

unless it was a special order cinnamon was the name for beige. soterik's photo is the brown interior although the cinnamon interior also used the same brown carpet as the brown interior. i have an original italian spec car, M34, aubergine with cinnamon leatherette/32 interior all original to the car, a 73S. cinnamon is a two tone vinyl. the background is goldish tan with brownish wavy lines on top. this is clearly visible on close inspection but the overall effect is one color when viewed from even a short distance. Erik if you do have cinnamon not brown in piece big enough to do the dash insert from the vent controls to the glove box i'll buy it. cinnamon leatherette is NLA i've been looking for a long time.
