I had to post the link because Albert Blue is so pretty. Ad says the motor was done to RS specs by Andial, so you got that going for you, too.
Cheers - Brad

In the options listed, it says "Italian Equipment". What's that?

I think that's where you knock the rear view mirror off windshield.

The dealer's website that is referenced in the eBay ad lists the car for $US45k. That seems like a decent deal.
Nobody has bid on the eBay ad at $33k.
All for a very nice Albert Blue '70 S that appears nice and stock/original except for the engine bumped to 2.7.
It seems like a good deal (Unfortunately I currently can't afford it)
What am I missing??

FWiW, here's my take:
1) Serial engine work, including TWO re-builds, in two years 'for reasons that are not totally clear.' Andial-shmandial. Plus, 2.2s are rare --- no points for 'RS'ing' that motor. And no mention made of matching numbers.
2) Calgary, Alberta. PPI? Test-drive?
3) Targa
I suppose that could be an issue, but we are a city of over a million people, with a Porsche dealer (South Centre Fine Cars) and several reliable independents (Alpine Autowerks and Riegel Tuning to name 2).
It's the reverse case of the issues we face here buying cars - the car is 3000 miles away, you don't know the seller, you don't know the local shops, and have to have a lot of faith.
