    raised seat question

How did Porsche raise the seats for the raised [20mm] seat option? Does anyone have the parts available for my 67 911S? Thanks, Rick

    raised seats

    Hello,

This picture gives you an idea of the shape of this part (# 13).
It has a sort of H-shape.
I am looking for the same part.
Does anyone have a decent photo photo of this part (901 521 037 20)?

Hi. I do have some pics (some where) of these fitted on a 67. I just need to find them.

    Thanks

Here is what they look like. A complete set of raised seat components. The outside rail mounts are very different than regular ones. It is Option # 9427 "Seats raised by 0.8"

Wow, cool Jim! never seen those before!!! Now weren't the 356 raised seat mounts just pieces of wood (although painted hi-tech black!)

My 67 911 has them listed on the COA & were in the car when I bought it...I doubt the previous owners even knew they were there!

    Cliff

I think you are correct about people not knowing they are there. I have had a few cars with them. They are probably not as rare as one would think.

    Regards
