    FS: 245mm Fan & "5R "Fan/Blower Housing!

    This fan is correct for 1970-71 2.2 911.
    Both fan and housing been powder-coated in silver.

    Paul, you need to show the depth of the alternator ring.

    That's all that matters RE: the housing.

    The rivets are gone where the fan blade mounts to the inner area and have been replaced with screws.

    I think that could be pretty scary.

    Denson,

    If I understand you correctly, you are stating concern regarding the reliability of the fasteners used to mount the fan to the fan-hub.

    The rivets are gone where the fan blade mounts to the inner area and have been replaced with screws.

    I think that could be pretty scary.

    I can state I've used this fan and fan housing, on my personal car, without issue for the last 3-4 years and 40-50K miles. Based on the previous, it be reasonable to claim this product to be reliable.
