fuel pump rebuild kits

I am looking to rebuild two Bosch "009" carb fuel pumps. I know Zimms sends them out to be rebuilt, but will not sell the rebuild kits. Anyone have a source for the rebuild kits?

Hi Guys

I rebuilt my fuel pump since it was leaking accoring to the Pelican thread here: http://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsc...fuel-pump.html

My fuel pump was leaking badly, and now is completely dry with the new o-rings. I have verified the pressure relief valve is not stuck and moves freely and seats properly. My problem is that the motor turns, it doesn't leak, but it also does not pump.

I have asked this question on the above thread on Pelican also, but thought I would ask here also. I'm attaching a photo of the orientation of the eccentric plate with the divot at the 1 o'clock position. Is that correct? In this position the widest and narrowest gaps are in the regions between the inlet/outlet slots on the top assembly.

Also, should the fuel delivery hose be on the "D" or the "R" spiggot?
